Very nice and helpful staff.
I booked two rooms in the hotel but only got an apartment room which consisted of a bedroom and a living room. The beds were also not compatible. I had booked the hotel for a week, but left after the fourth day. There was almost nothing in the kitchen, there was nothing in the bathroom, no TV and overall the equipment was very poor

Nothing because it didn't correspond to the images seen on booking
There was no reception, there was no cleaning, there were no towels for guests (on request a towel and a sheet for the duration of the stay) there was no socket in the bathroom to dry your hair and I could also send some images of the connection of the air conditioner in the room (the only thing that worked) to the electrical socket no security!!! I could continue the list... unfortunately many things didn't work!

Very nice, intimate atmosphere, clean rooms. The ground floor option is an additional advantage if someone has small children, a stroller and such needs, the staff is helpful and responds immediately to every need. Away from the busy street.
It's a pity that there is no breakfast, because the place could arrange it and has the conditions for it. The kitchenette is poorly equipped There seems to be a pot or a frying pan, but in different condition. In my opinion, it would be nice if there was also a kettle.
